These Terms and Conditions apply to orders placed in the Zhaper.com online store. They comply with Finnish consumer protection legislation and EU distance selling regulations.

Orders are placed via the Zhaper.com online store. A binding sales contract is formed when the customer receives an order confirmation by email. The customer must provide accurate and up-to-date information when placing an order.
All prices are stated in euros (€) and include value added tax (VAT). Any delivery costs are displayed before the order is confirmed. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
Orders are delivered within Finland. The estimated delivery time is 2–7 business days. If the delivery is significantly delayed, the customer has the right to cancel the order in accordance with Finnish consumer protection law.
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods. The customer must notify the seller of the withdrawal before returning the goods.
The seller is liable for product defects in accordance with Finnish consumer protection legislation. Complaints should be submitted without undue delay.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Finnish law. Consumers may submit disputes to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board.
Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized payment institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement.
Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For complaints, please contact the website where the payment was made.
